Step outside and you’re practically at the doorstep of major shopping centers and transit links. Yet somehow, none of that noise follows you home. The street stays calm, the neighbors are genuinely easygoing, and evenings here feel surprisingly quiet. It just works.

Two people, one comfortable home a landscape architect and a speech therapist, each with our own room and our own routines. Life here runs pretty smoothly: quiet mornings, clean shared spaces, and a general respect for each other’s time and privacy.
