The property is a two bedroom house, and I am renting out one fully furnished private room. The room includes a bed, two nightstands, a dresser, a small ottoman, a desk, and two chairs. It also has a TV, a closet with hangers, and a private bathroom located right next to the room for the tenant’s exclusive use. I do not smoke, and smoking is not allowed in the house.

The kitchen is shared. There is also a small refrigerator inside the room for the tenant. Internet is included and the tenant will have access to the washer and dryer. Parking is available outside the house.

This rental is for one person only (male or female). Couples are not allowed. There are currently no pets in the home, and pets are not allowed.

The rent is $900 per month. The room is available now.

I am a friendly, respectful, and organized person (woman). I work full-time and like to keep a calm, clean, and peaceful home. I respect others’ privacy and appreciate a quiet environment.

It’s just me living in the house, so it’s a quiet and comfortable space.
