3 bedroom/1 bath apartment with a spacious living room and kitchen near Boston College, 5 minute walk from the B line. We also have access to the roof, with a lovely view. Rent: Your portion will be $1,200, and we share utilities (usually around $40/mo per person). If you have a car, parking in the lot is $150/mo. Security deposit is $500, and last month’s rent would be required upfront as well (+$1200).

Our current third roommate will be moving out over the summer, and we’re looking for someone new! Claire is a graduate social work student at BC, and Moya is a BME beginning her career in med-tech.
The space: The bedroom is a little smaller of the three, but it comes with a closet and lots of natural light. We also have a cat, named Phoebe, who is the sweetest girl. She doesn’t bite or scratch and won’t mess with your things. Her litter is also in Claire’s room, so that will never be a thing you’d have to be around. Your room will be empty and cleaned before you arrive, but the apartment is relatively furnished otherwise. 2 washers and dryers in the building. Rent includes heat and water; we share wifi, electricity, and gas (usually around $40/mo per person)

We like to keep the house pretty clean, but not sterile, and try to balance out household chores/ buying the consumables. We enjoy hanging out in the common spaces together and will have friends over for a hangout or dinner throughout the week. Most of those people are also in grad school, so the gatherings never get too crazy. We enjoy cooking, watching shows together, and playing cards. We are pretty busy ladies, and enjoy both time for ourselves and time just hangin’ out. Looking for someone who is on the same page! This will be a shared space, and we want everyone to feel comfortable.
