Available is the master bedroom with a walk in closet and private bath with a garden tub. Washer and dryer in unit and a patio. The room and apartment are unfurnished at this time. All utilities are included. The property has a pool with a large gym, connection to the Greenway, and a 10 minute walk from Birkdale shopping area. Please feel free to decorate the property/room to make it feel like home.

As the other roommate I will only be there approximately every other week so you will have the apartment to yourself half of the time, this is why I will not be occupying the master. I work 7A until about 6 or 7P in Mooresville. I enjoy cooking and trying new recipes, so I’ll need a taste tester and would welcome company for meals. I also enjoy getting outdoors camping, hiking, and generally being active and would welcome anyone to join. I also enjoy evenings in be it video games, movies, or just watching funny tv. I like to keep my areas clean, I believe a clean space helps keep a calm mind, but I am not anal about the condition of the space.
