You would be taking one of the rooms in an upstairs 3 bedroom unit at Patriot Place Apartments. For better info on the apartments themselves, here is their website: https://patriotplaceapartments.com/home.aspx

The living room, kitchen, and hall bathroom will be shared with 2 other people and our cat, Andromeda. Photos are included of the common areas, but not the bedroom as that is currently occupied by someone else. The complex has a 2 pet limit, so if you have a pet we can add 1 to the lease, but that will add another pet deposit and rent onto the total rent, but that flat rent covers your portion of rent and utilities, though we can discuss a flexible payment to account for cheaper or more expensive months if you would like.

August, 25, he/him. Highschool teacher who enjoys reading, flower pressing, and niche videogame lore. Also left leaning and in the LGBTQ+ community.
