There’s a $25 application fee (soft credit pull and background check) and a 1.5mo deposit is required upon lease signing. Potential to bring in 1 male cat (my girl cat cannot tolerate other girls, unfortunately.) Dogs are not permitted. You must be willing to sign a one-year lease, June 1 2026-May 31 2027 and have stable income.
