Nice , clean people only. I have a tiny room for rent in a tiny mobil home in Meiners Oaks. Your bedroom is only 100sq ft. If you don’t mind being in a small space, it might work for you. Your bedroom is furnished with a brand new full size bed with brand new blankets and pillows. Also equipped with brand new armoire and a brand new 40“ TV. The carpet and wall paint are only one year old.

Laundry is in a community. Included in the rent. 1 min walk. Shared bathroom. Central AC. All utilities and wifi included.

And in regards to kitchen, I don’t have much kitchen stuff. It’s more like a small break room with a fridge, an electric single stove, and a microwave. No oven. No condiments. So it will not work for someone who pationately want to cook all the time.

Separate entrance. If you own a car, I will have to check with the owner of the park where you can park. There is no private driveway or garages.

I am looking for someone who is humble and wants to save money on rent, and love living in Ojai. 1.6 mile from the Vons Store. 3 miles to down town. Cross st is Maricopa hwy and La Luna Ave.
