About the room
One bedroom available with private bathroom in a three bedroom house. The bedroom is unfurnished so I will update the photos when our current roommate moves out in July.
The house has in unit washer dryer and every room has its own bathroom.
The room will be available August 1st. Rent is $1,168 plus utilities which averages between $70-110 a month. The owner requires one months worth of rent as a deposit, and you will need to pass a background check including proof of income.
Unfortunately, no couples or pets.
The property is a 12 minute drive from the beach, close to plenty of restaurants, and 3 minutes from the 405.
About the roomies
Both people staying in the house are clean, quiet and respectful. I am a male 27 year old student nurse and IT analyst at Honda, and the other roommate is a male 23 year old engineering student who currently works full time at Trader Joes.
