Hello! Searching for a roommate to join a 2 bed 1 bath apartment in Brighton starting August 1st. Rent is $2840/month between the two of us, split evenly; utilities $40-80/month. Pets allowed, has dishwasher, laundry in the same apartment complex but different building It’s a 5 min walk from Allston Street stop on Green B line, 10 min walk from Whole Foods, 15-20 min walk from Star Market, TJs, and Super 88. Management/landlord is responsive and helpful!

I’m a 26-year-old woman in grad school for psychology, introverted but would love to become friends with my roommate, or at least coexist in a friendly environment! I’d be excited to share meals from time to time, explore and have cozy craft/movie nights, and cowork when we’re both busy, while also respecting personal space. Keeping common areas tidy, being mutually considerate, and communicating openly are priorities. Not big on parties but totally fine with occasionally hosting. My partner typically visits every other weekend.

Ideally, I am hoping to live with someone in a similar stage of life (grad school or working) who is woman-identifying or nonbinary. No smoking please. Whatever your interests and hobbies are, I’d love to learn about them :)
