I am looking for one roommate to fill the available medium sized bedroom in our 3 BR apartment. 850$ It does have a small closet and there is some additional storage right outside the room in a second closet- but besides that it is unfurnished. There is the option to buy a full bed and bed frame from the previous roommate for 100$. Very clean guy. We have a good landlord who provides plenty of heat, monthly extermination, does all major repairs, and pays someone to take out the garbage.

You would be sharing a bathroom with one person. Our home is a safe, beautiful, and clean place to live. Flushing is a safe, foodie paradise with all the amenities you could possibly want within walking distance (doctors, movies, grocey stores etc…). The building is a 3 minute walk from the Murry Hill LIRR stop. Utilites are about 70-90$ a month (WiFi, gas, and electric only. Heat is included in rent).

We are both cis gendered. My roommate is a 34 year old record keeper for a mental health office and I am a 49 year old artist and traveler with a job at the NYC Department of Education. We are clean, kind, supportive, and responsible. We are looking for the same qualities in a roommate to add to our cooperative home. You also must be a sound sleeper who doesn’t work second shift. Flushing is very loud because of the LGA air traffic. We are respectful and considerate but the walls are thin. Currently some noise happens between 5:30am and about 6pm- nothing crazy. But if you need us to be quiet as a mouse this place won’t work for you.
