The closet is really big and the lighting is amazing here. It is situated in quiet family community right next to a children’s park and playground. The other girl is 24 and goes to Pomona college as an architecture major. Her BF comes to visit her but he never spends the night. The bathroom is shared. Gas, electric and are about $80 a month. Lots of street parking and one parking spot that is shared between the two of you. It is an apartment and it’s about 900 square feet. The neighbors and landlord are super nice. Laundry room is right outside the apartment and has a bunch of machines and another laundry room on the other side of property as well. I am moving because I got a new internship that requires me to move to a different city. Please ignore the state of my room, all my stuff will be moved out .
