About the room
Looking for a responsible roommate (ideally undergrad or grad student) to share a 4 bed/3.5 bath condo in the Gold Run community on Springdale lane!
The condo has three floors, this bedroom is on the basement level and shares a bathroom. The main floor has a large kitchen and furnished living area. There is in-unit laundry, air conditioning, and private parking.
There is easy access to both CU campuses, a direct connection to the Boulder creek trail/Scott Carpenter Park, and a private rec center with a gym, pool, tennis court, and sauna/steam rooms.
About the roomies
The other roommates (21-26M) are clean and respectful and are either completing degrees at CU or working full-time.
We do not throw parties or have a lot of guests over, but will occasionally have small get-togethers on the weekends.
