About the room

It’s a lease until October, then you can renew if you want. 1150 a month, utilities included), and 500 deposit. The room has three closets, a connecting sun room, and an across the hall bathroom, there’s a nice a bed frame and mattress (full to queen size) and some other furniture if you are interested, if not that is also okay. Me and my boyfriend were using the sun room as a game room and still are moving that stuff out but it will only have a desk remaining in there)

About the roomies

There’s is one other person living here that works a lot so the house will be to yourself a lot. She is very sweet and chill, she does have a cat who loves tuna.
