Quiet neighborhood. Five minute drive to Sandy River and outdoor fun. Walking distance to Mt. Hood Community College. About 30 minutes to downtown PDX with no traffic. No smoking. No pets (sorry, we already have a full set of various creatures - see below.)

One female human, one dog, two birds and three fish reside in upstairs unit. Additional roomies in separate living downstairs (including pet owner of three outdoor cats.)
Upstairs roommate (homeowner) is a single female, neurodivergent, 54 years old, works from home, creative artist and gardener. Quirky, plant lover, always working on some project or another. Daughter (age 20) lives in separate unit downstairs, visits daily. Son w/autism (age 13) lives with father, comes once or twice a month for an overnight visits.
