Bus #32, #50 pass by Cleary square to Forest Hills. -5 minutes walking distance to Shaw’s supermarket and McDonald’s. -10 minutes drive to Forest Hills Orange Line. -3 minutes walking to gym (Personalized Fitness). -Free street parking is available. No permit required.

The neighborhood is safe and peaceful. We have a backyard where you can sit and enjoy your barbeque.

-The rent is $900 per month plus utilities (electric,gas, Comcast internet). Utilities are around $120 per month during winter and $50 per month during summer. There is laundry (washer&dryer) in the basement for a small fee to be used. The room is for one occupant only with a minimum of one-year lease requirement. No smoker of any kind. Must be clean and respectful to other roommate. You will only have one roommate in the house most of the time as the landlord occasionally stays on the first floor.

-Partial first month, last month and a security deposit of $800 are required to move in.
