Single bedroom with Full-Sized Bed, nice dresser, and a new nightstand. I’ll be looking to add a large TV and a ceiling fan. Bedroom is located near the front door, across from my office, with shared bathroom next to the door. House is fairly new, built in 2023. The house has an open floor plan connecting the kitchen, living room, and dining room. And the master bedroom is on the other side of the house. Other than the train that passes by at night, this is a quiet family-friendly neighborhood with a community pool and trails for outdoor activities. Non-smokers, no pets.

I plan to move my office desk to the master bedroom for additional privacy. I work in IT and I work from home once a week and am in the office the rest of the time. I’m either, cooking in the kitchen or grilling outside, playing video games, or at the gym on my free time. As of now, no one else will be on that side of the house.
