We are located near downtown Lincoln, very close to UNL college. We welcome students, Females but no males sorry… This is an all female house. There is one couple upstairs (two females) who this room is next to. There is a shared bathroom and a weekly chore list between the two rooms. The couple is very friendly, But like their privacy. We like to keep the house clean for the landlord. Rent is $600 plus utilities. The utilities are split between the renters/rooms. There is a basement with a washer and dryer, and some space to store things. Shared kitchen and living room. We just ask if you clean up after yourselfs. Message with questions. The couple is very friendly, clean outgoing, but like their privacy. They don’t bother any of their roommates mostly just stay to themselves. The couple has two dogs but once they get to know you they stop barking in a couple days. Previous renters love the dogs 🐶 hehe. Hope to hear from you.
