Room available in May. Single occupancy, no pets preferred(however dog or goldfish are possible). Respectful, honest, and responsible. Must have a steady job. Must love, respect, and care about dogs(there are two, if you have 1 not 2 we can see how they get along). Wifi, and utilities included. One bathroom house, have washer and dryer. Furnished room with closet, wardrobe, bedside table, and bed if needed. If you’d like anything moved out for a different layout that can be discussed. I don’t care if you smoke as long as it is outside and you’re respectful with your remnants. Located in Oakland, OR. If you’d like to help with house chores- cleaning, meal prep, yard work… can negotiate towards rent as I’m very busy schedule wise and would welcome the help.

36 male homeowner, keep to myself, stay busy, don’t make much noise other than watching a movie or playing pool. Go to bed reasonable time, wake up early for work.
