I’m looking for a roommate to take over the existing lease in a 2-bed/2-bath apartment (Merritt River Apartments) in Norwalk, CT.
You will have the master bedroom with attached bathroom, in-house laundry, dryer, gym, central AC and heater, and patio with sufficient parking on 4 levels, both reserved and unreserved.
Very close (10-minute drive, 1.5 miles) to companies like ASML and Nielsen, and right beside FactSet. Walking distance to grocery stores and CVS.

Hi! I’m a young professional looking for a roommate to take over a lease starting August 1. I work a standard 8-5, Monday through Friday. I’m very big on keeping a clean, organized home.
