Private bedroom with attached bathroom (with shower) in spacious 3 BD/2 BA apartment in the heart of Columbia. Apartment includes: full kitchen, in apartment washer and dryer, balcony, and free parking. Complex off Stevens Forest Road, so you have close proximity to the mall and lots of great dining options. Your portion of rent would be $865 (water is included in this). We split gas/electric and WiFi equally (BGE has been no more than $150 so you’d owe around $50 on average and the WiFi split is $24). The complex is usually very quiet, polite neighbors, and our balcony looks out onto a nice patch of trees, perfect for bird watching or relaxing on a breezy day.

Hi there! We are two women in our mid twenties looking for someone to join our space. One is a full time healthcare worker who loves birds, making art, and hiking (and is always looking for hiking buddies if that’s something you’re interested in!) and the other is a child caretaker who loves nature, relaxation, and spending time with her family. Our other roommate moved out for a new job opportunity in a different state and we’re hoping to find someone who would like to take over her portion of the lease. We moved in, in December and are still decorating the space. We want to make sure the apartment is an open and welcoming space for all three of us with a touch of each of our styles! The official lease is up in October and we’re staying put (cause we love the space so much), so we’d love to find someone to finish out this current lease with us.
