Pretty nice apartment, especially for the price. $500/month for half, which is what you would be paying. Subleasing for 2 months for my brother and treating it as a trial period for myself and for you to be roommates.

About the roomies

It will be just me and you. My brother is moving out after graduating from Iowa State and I’m looking for a roommate to replace him. He is also looking for a more long term roommate once this lease ends so it will be a good trial period for you and him. You’ll have your own private bathroom as well.
