One private bedroom available for a one year lease starting June 2026. This apartment is very close to SLO Costco, and is a great place for someone looking for a quiet place away from downtown, but also close enough to get there if needed. Most of the people living here are families, so it’s very friendly and quiet.
I will be the only other person in this apartment so you will be sharing a bathroom with me! There is one designated garage parking assigned to this apartment, but there is also many reserved parking around the complex for residents. There are a couple of laundry rooms on site operated via an app. This complex also has two swimming pools and a huge courtyard/grass area, and in a few months the recreational center will be available. All utilities is paid for already other than wifi.

Hello 😊 My name is Evely and I am a relatively new nurse working in SLO. I moved here about a year ago and am planning to stay for another year. Prior to this, I lived in Berkeley for my undergraduate in microbio. I work night shift so I am usually gone at night for work and am sleeping most of the day, so sharing a bathroom actually works perfectly with most people. I am a very quiet and clean person, spending most of my days enjoying my matcha, doing errands/chores, watching my anime/shows, and shopping around. I also love cooking so you will often find me in the kitchen! My partner also lives in Oxnard, so I oftentimes go over there as well!
