The house is located right off of cascade lakes hwy, about ten minutes away from downtown and 15 or 20 minutes from the mountain. It is a great location if you are working in town or love going to the lakes! It is a three bed two bathroom house. The two upstairs rooms that are available are right next to the washer, dryer, and upstairs bathroom. The two rooms upstairs will be sharing the bathroom. There is also a disconnected garage with a pool table for additional storage. The house also has a wrap around porch upstairs plus a 30“ flat top grill.

About the roomies

Hey, I’m Zach, 23, and I’ve been living in Bend for about 4.5 years. I currently work down in Sunriver. I have two rooms opening up in my house, so it’ll just be me living here otherwise. I stay pretty busy during the summer I’m usually working, camping, or out fishing on my boat, and in the summer and winter I’m usually snowboarding. Because of that, I’m typically only home in the evenings.
