It’s a lot quieter out here in Waterford than it is in Modesto. We live upstairs, and we’re looking for someone respectful to share our space with us. We’ll pick the person who is the best fit, as the lease is for at least 6 months, as required by the HOA.

Your room can come half-furnished, if you want. We have a bed, mattress, end-tables, and a desk in the garage. Otherwise you can furnish your room as you see fit.
