Liam's room

The room is 9 ft 2 ins by 9 ft 11 in, with a window. There is no closet in the room but we have the ‘hall way’ closet dedicated to that room so you still have a closet just not in the room. I highlighted the floor plants show which room would be your and were the closet is. We have 2 parking space , one in a tha apartments garage and one open reserved, one roommate has a car so there only one spot left but more then most apartment in bellingham. We have nice new washer and dryers in the unit. a large balcony. In the garage we also have a 10ft-10ft storage unit A 5 minute walk from both downtown and western Washington University. We have to pay for gas, electricity and wifi, which currently adds up to 115 a month per person.

I am liam, I am a queer trans man, i like arts and crafts and spend most my time working (full time ) and the rest lounging in the living space. My roommate sarahi is also queer. We are both nerodivergint. Sarahi is a student at western studying early childhood education. We like to have people over when we can but we also do are best to let everyone know before hand. We also live with 2 cats so were looking for a roommate with no pets.
