my fiance and i are in search of a roommate to move into our 2B 2B apartment in North Chesterfield. Our current roommate is moving out close to August 7th so you’d just need to move in then!

rent is usually around $645 / $700 a month depending on water usage. utilities are not included but are usually only around $100 / $150. youre looking at no more than $800 a month safely.

we have 2 cats, one of them is not outside cat friendly (she tolerates her brother) so unfortunately no more pets!

apartment is located off of midlo turnpike near turner. really close to walmart and target and westchester commons! also has a pool and in unit laundry.

i’m a current brightpoint and future VCU student so we both get the school grind lol! very student friendly we both work around 35/40 hours a week so we’re not home a whole lot.
