One room available June 1st in our 4BR house in Old Town Scottsdale (near Camelback and Hayden). Great safe neighborhood near shopping, dining, and nightlife. Easy access to the 101 for commuting.
ABOUT US: Three chill guys in our early/mid-30s. Looking for one person to join the house (male or female, but no couples or families please).
ABOUT THE HOUSE: Modern kitchen with quartz countertops and all stainless appliances including gas cooktop, microwave, oven, side-by-side refrigerator and dishwasher. Large living room and glassed enclosed sunroom with doors to nice backyard. White oak plank style tile flooring in all the common areas. Separate laundry room with washer and dryer.
ABOUT THE ROOM: Unfurnished carpeted room with a large closet and built in shelves and cabinets. You would be sharing a bathroom with one housemate.
COST: $850/month plus your 1/4 share of utilities and internet. Electric obviously runs higher in summer due to air conditioning and lower in cooler months.
TO MOVE-IN: $850 refundable security deposit paid now (refundable if no damage on move-out) $250 refundable utility deposit paid upon move-in (refundable after final utility bills settled) $850 first month’s rent due on move-in date
OTHER DETAILS: Plenty of street parking available in front of the house (no time limits). No pets allowed. No indoor smoking (outside is fine).
