The room for rent comes with garage access (3rd photo) and a walk-in closet (5th photo) as well as being located right next to the laundry room and half-bathroom. The house is in north Boulder in a nice, quiet neighborhood. It’s less than a mile away from Pearl Street and is about a twenty-minute walk from campus. It is a ranch style home with a screened-in porch in the backyard with lots of yard space and a shed. There is street parking available for a car and we have a half-garage that you can store a bike in if need be.

I’m Preston, a history and secondary-education major at CU. My other two roommates are Myles and Sam - also students at CU. We all know each other from high school and are pretty lowkey guys. It’s a pretty chill house, and we don’t party a ton, so we spend most of our time studying, hanging out around the house, and playing video games. I’m always down to hang out or go on an adventure, though.
