One bedroom with a private bathroom is available for $1,050/month + shared utilities in Windsor Park, conveniently located 8 minutes to NoDa, 10 minutes to Plaza Midwood, 12–15 minutes to Uptown, and about 5 minutes to groceries, CVS, parks, and walking trails.  

The home is newly renovated and modern, on a quiet, tree-lined street, with an open layout, a piano and drum set in the living room, and a fenced-in backyard. Washer and dryer are included.  

The available room is unfurnished. It can comfortably fit a twin, full, or queen bed along with a dresser and nightstand. It includes a closet and your own private bathroom. There’s also additional storage available in the attic and outdoor shed.   (Note: The living room photos currently show a smaller couch as a placeholder — a larger couch is on the way.)  

The home includes a music production space, so occasional daytime sound is part of the environment.  

No extra pets allowed. I have a small, friendly 15 lb bichon-poodle who is well-behaved and gets along with people and other animals, but only 1 pet is allowed with this property.

Sorry, no couples or kids.  

About you: I’m looking for a roommate (male or female) who is clean, respectful, and easygoing, with a generally consistent lifestyle. I value a calm, peaceful home where we can both have privacy while still being friendly and occasionally connecting. Overall, just someone low-drama, considerate, and aligned with a simple, comfortable way of living. Bonus points if you’re creative.
