Looking for someone to take over the the rest of my lease starting April 1st with an option to renew lease July 1st!
Rent would be $750/month + utilities (internet, gas, electricity, water). There would be a $900 deposit (refundable if you choose not to renew in July).
Current tenants are professional female adults. Female or Male professional/student welcome. Located 10 minutes from IVC, Irvine Spectrum, The Marketplace, John Wayne Airport. Great Location to live!
House Details: There would be 2 other roommates + a dog (so must be ok with dogs) Full access to kitchen, living room and washer/dryer Will be provided a parking pass (always plenty of parking) Access to several pools in the area
