Our names are Sheri and Jerry. There are NO extra costs above the rent. We have a terrific room for the right person, it that you? It is private room with a large closet, new mattress, new TV+ much more. WIFI as well as many streaming services included. You will have full use of all common areas, which includes living room, kitchen, dining area. Kitchen is well equipped with most major appliances and no limit on access to kitchen and utensils. The front porch is a nice place to hang and entertain, as well as the backyard porch and BBQ. You can even have a small garden if you wish. There are two bathrooms, one for Sheri and the woman who rents the room, while Jerry has his own. We have two small dogs who think they rule the house, and they are probably right. Unfortunately they don’t do well with other pets in the home, so no pets of your own. We are 420 friendly and so you know, there is smoking in the home. You are welcome to as well if you wish. Jerry is an insurance professional who works with seniors, not in our home but has a home office, while I’m a mobile paramedical examiner working with patients around the San Fernando Valley. We are a casual open-minded couple, friendly, and we don’t care for drama. Friendly. We don’t impose a lot of rules and have very few restrictions. Mostly common-sense stuff. All our past roommates have stayed with us from 1-5 years and they are all great referrals. I guess we are doing something right.
There is one other woman, 24, who is a student and works. We have two small happy dogs that love people.
