Your Private Suite:

Fully Furnished: Enjoy a hotel-premium mattress, designer linens, a dedicated work desk, and a Smart TV.
In-Suite Perks: Your room is equipped with its own mini-fridge and microwave for easy snacks and coffee.
Privacy First: Located on the 1st floor, your space is distinct from our primary living areas on the upper floors. A door separates the 1st floor at night to ensure total peace and privacy for everyone.

Full Access: You’re welcome to use the full kitchen and dining area on the 2nd floor.
Laundry: Washer/dryer access is available on the 3rd floor from 8:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Parking: A reserved spot in our private driveway is included at no extra cost.
All-Inclusive: Your $1,285 rent covers everything—High-speed WiFi, electric, water, and trash.

A Bit About Us & The House Rules: We are a professional family (and one friendly 18lb dog!) who value a quiet, secure, and respectful home. To keep things comfortable for everyone:

Stay: 3-month minimum lease.
Deposit: $700 (fully refunded within 72 hours of move-out).
Guests: Limited overnight guests are welcome with a little prior notice.
Pets: While we love our dog, we cannot host additional tenant pets.
Environment: We maintain a strictly smoke-free home.
