Available is the garden level 2nd living space as your own(pocket door closes ot off from main space) with attached bedroom and half bath, right by Golden Ponds walking area which is part of the Saint Vrain Greenway (with extensive trails). House is split between 2 people, with a 3rd bedroom available for occasional use by the owners- would always give heads up ahead (primarily in case of evacuation from mountain home. Have not needed in 2 years of renting this way.) Comes with a parking space in garage. There is a couch, coffee table and lamp in larger room - but they could be removed if you don’t want them.

Your housemate would be Chase, a 26 year old working for a mountain water district out of Boulder Tuesday- Friday, planning grad school in the fall, enjoys the outdoors, hiking, climbing, gaming, board games, and has one cat.
