This is a quiet two-bedroom one bath property that is about a 10 minute bike ride from campus. It is a 4-minute walk from SaveMart and close to Safeway and is near the Covell Greenbelt and Bird Entry Park, both good places to run and enjoy nature.

There is a laundromat and pool in the apartment complex. Although there is only one parking spot per apartment, the free parking spaces are almost always readily available.

The apartment has an oven/stove, fridge, and lots of cabinet space in the kitchen.

Although I am not currently living in the apartment, I am living in a different apartment within the same apartment complex. My current apartment is an unrenovated apartment and the new apartment I am listing is renovated. I will welcome prospective housemates to visit to get an idea of what the listed apartment is like.

I’m currently looking for a housemate to fill an empty bedroom.

I’m a UC Davis alum and a local professional working in the plant sciences. When I’m home, I’m usually caught up in a few hobbies. I love gardening, writing, and I love getting out to enjoy nature. I get along best with other nerds.
