Medium size room. Big step in closet with adjustable shelves. Safe quiet neighborhood. Park and police station 2 blocks away. Water front down the road 10 mins walk. Washer and dryer in basement. There will be extra space in basement if you need a little storage area. Front entrance closet is huge to keep your jackets and shoes in to free up space in your bedroom.

Its just me at home. My girlfriend and her daughter may sometimes stay over the weekend. I work from home. I’m pretty laid back and easy going. 420 friendly. I used to smoke /drink but I’m doing cleanse. I’m 6 weeks clean but I don’t mind if you do.
