This is in SW Bend Oregon. Not far from Safeway and Walmart. This is in a Manufactured Home Park (Fox Hills MHC). We own our home but pay land rent. Must pass a background check through the park. There is a door that separates your area from the main area. There is a TV on the wall of your room. Streaming includes Netflix, Disney, Prime and others. There are 2 sets of bathroom towels and 1 extra set of sheets for the Full size bed. Full use of kitchen includes use of cookware, glasses, plates, utensils and dishwasher. In home washer and dryer.

I am in my 50’s and work from home for St. Charles. My husband is 60 and works as a maintenance tech. We have one older cat and a well behaved Corgi mix dog who is around 9 years old. We are quiet and respectful. Please reach out with any questions you may have. We have had tenants in their 20’s on up to being in their 60’s. We have parted on good terms with everyone.
