My complex is right next to the MLK Marta station so its a quick walk to the GSU campus (5-10 mins).

Ideally I’d prefer a masters/postgraduate student or other professionals but I’m also open to anyone that’s responsible. You must be 21+ years old to be considered.

My apt is a 1500 sqf 2 bedroom loft in Downtown/Grady area. The upstairs loft is currently my home office but will be emptied if someone moves in. It has its own private bathroom and walk in closet. I’m open to installing a ceiling mounted curtain rail or something else if more privacy is wanted.

The apartments has a decent sized kitchen with a dishwasher. It also has a washer and dryer.

The building has a pool on the ground level, a parking garage, gated entry and is directly next to a Marta station. Its also very central so its easy to get practically anywhere in Atlanta from it.

Please note that I have a cat who is very affectionate. I would expect her to try and snuggle you time to time. Otherwise she’s a typical chonky and lazy cat.

This is an LGBTQ+ household so if that gives you pause then we are not a match.

Roommate wise I’m probably one of the chillest around. If bills are paid all is well. I’m social so you’re welcome to have friends over as often or little as you want. Its your home too after all! I pitch in and do my fair share of household responsibilities, I expect roommates to do the same. Otherwise I share what I have. I’m not going to be butthurt if you have one of my drinks or snacks (unless its the last one obvs)
