Hello, im looking to rent one private bedroom w private bath in a 2 bdr/ 2 bath apartment in Newport Beach. the apartment is very spacious, it has a lot of natural light with very big windows, it has a very large patio and fireplace. it has in-unit washer and dryer. the apartment is surrounded by beautiful trees and good views. the community is very safe, it is gated and has security and guards at all times. it has 3 amazing large pools with hot tubs and cabanas, a luxury gym, 2 tennis courts, a yoga room, club lounge, conference room, hiking trail inside the community and soo much more. its very beautiful, peaceful, the people are really nice and friendly. we are on the 2nd floor of the building but there is an elevator. the parking is included with your rent. the utilities we would split evenly. i would prefer someone to stay for the whole year but month to month would be fine too.
