About the room
Available 6/6/26 here is what you get: your own bedroom, your own bathroom and your own refrigerator. YES, you have the whole upstairs to yourself. We have wi-fi, a game room, cable tv with tons of channels. We have a fenced in backyard. Guess what, no lease to sign and no bills to pay! We pay all the bills. Last but not least, the bedroom is upstairs and has just been newly painted and the carpet in the bedroom just shampooed. What more could you ask for? We would like someone that is clean and tidy for real and not just saying it to look good on their profile. Call us soon.

Ok, now for the fun part, we are a middle-aged married couple that has just as much fun as you do. We have family in Port Aransas, so we love the beach. We have a hunting lease between Mason and Junction. We love the great outdoors.
