Walkable distance to UH, Its a dorm style with a wall in between the beds for privacy. There’s 2 rooms in the apartment with a washer and dryer, full kitchen, and TV. Area is quite safe there’s security at night there’s light everywhere. I would prefer a student to take it over but open to others too. Currently available from May 5th to July 31st but the lease can extended.

The roommates are all nice moderately clean people. They are considerate and usually quiet. During the summer the 2 in the other room will move out and the guy in my room most likely will as well. But he is currently also looking for someone to take over his lease too.
