It includes a window air conditioner for the hot summer months. I love the neighborhood - everyone is very friendly. It’s a quick walk to two bars, a restaurant, wine bar, coffee shop, and a book store!

Hi there! I’m Lanthe (Lan-thee). I’ve lived in and near Nashville my whole life, so I’m happy to call it home! I work a hybrid job, so I am home often. I love to watch movies, cook, be outside, and try new local spots!

I’m very outgoing and tend to keep a busy schedule. I’d love to get along with my roommate and even become friends! I spend my evenings winding down with a show or grabbing a drink at one of the local bars!
