Fully furnished room available in a clean, peaceful home. The room comes with a bed + queen-size mattress, dresser, closet, TV, and a desk—basically everything you need to move in comfortably. This is a paying guest setup with a shared bathroom (shared with my mom). You’ll also have access to the kitchen, washer, and dryer. Rent is $950/month, and that includes water, electricity, and internet. We do have 3 dogs (2 mini Aussies and 1 mini poodle), so you must be comfortable with dogs. They’re very friendly and well-behaved. Located on Temple Terrace Highway, the area is super convenient—about 5 minutes to Publix and Winn-Dixie, close to I-4 and I-75 (easy access north and south), and near a bus stop. It’s pretty close to everything, though having a car is recommended.

About the home & household: This is a single-story, 3-bedroom, 2-bath home. My mom and I live here—each of us has our own room, and the third room is the one available for rent. We also have 3 dogs (ages 9, 8, and 6). They’re all very friendly, so you should be comfortable around dogs. We’re respectful, clean, and easygoing people, and we’re looking for someone similar. No drugs, but weed is okay—just please smoke outside on the back patio. The patio is a nice space to relax and unwind. If you plan to have friends over, just give me a heads-up in advance so we can all be aware and comfortable.
