About the property
Hey!! I’m a 27 year old Financial Advisor in Charlotte and have a 3 bed 2 bath ranch style house. I’m looking for one roommate who would have two private rooms (one is a furnished bedroom) and a private bathroom.
The rest of the fully furnished house will be shared with me. It includes an attached 2 car garage, fenced in back yard with a covered patio, living room, dining room, and fully stocked kitchen. (I’ll even cook for you if you ask nicely haha)
I do all the yard work and take care of pest control. All utilities and internet is included in the flat rent. I don’t have any pets but I love animals so dogs and cats are welcome!
Grocery/Food options are just a few minutes down the road and Uptown/Southend is an easy 15 minute drive away!
The neighborhood is quiet and I’ve met most of my immediate neighbors. I’ve lived here for two years and haven’t had any issues. I’ll have some friends over once or twice a month to hang out and play some HIGH stakes poker. $10 buy-in if you want to join ;)
I enjoy riding motorcycles, snowboarding, hiking/camping, reading, and picking up new random hobbies. Join me in one of my random hobbies or teach me about yours!
