ISO Three Roommates | Crown Heights | $1,045 - $1,135 | 6/1 Move-in

Hi there! I’m (23m) looking to find 3 roommates to help fill my 4br/3ba duplex in Crown Heights, with a 6/1 move-in. I’m currently on the lease and am looking for 3 people interested in renewing with me for the upcoming year, as my roommates are moving out to pursue higher education at home. Each room is $1,045, $1075, and $1,135 respectively, with the first two being on the basement floor of the duplex.

First month of rent + safety deposit (equal to 1 month of rent, depending on which room) are due on move-in. Since this is partially a lease takeover and not a totally new lease, safety deposits would be paid directly to my roommates who will be leaving the space this coming month. (The listing on here says there is no security deposit, ignore that. Feel free to message me about any questions.) Each person in the apartment must pay their portion of utilities every month (electric/gas, internet)

Amenities include a cozy backyard, central A/C, and both a supermarket and laundromat on the same block. The 3/4 Crown Heights Utica Ave station is only a 3 minute walk away, and St John’s park is only a 5 minute walk away.

An ideal roommate is someone who is clean, and respectful. Must be queer, 420, and cat friendly!

I’m a 23 year old trans man working currently as a barista. I love playing guitar, anime, and my two foster cats, Cuddles and Simon. While Simon is a bit skittish, Cuddles is very outgoing and will surely snuggle up with you!
