The room is comfortable, well-lit, and features a queen bed, air conditioning, and fast Wi-Fi, ideal for relaxing after a long day of work. The property is clean and welcoming, with access to shared areas including a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy living room, and laundry facilities. Conveniently located near the I-95 exit and close to Vero Beach Airport, it offers easy access for commuting and travel. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood, just 15 minutes from the beach, and close to the mall, Publix, Walmart, Sam’s Club, as well as shops, restaurants, and other local amenities.

The home features 3 bedrooms, a den, and 3.5 bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are suites with en-suite bathrooms, while the third bedroom has access to a private bathroom located just outside the room, which may also be shared with our family when we are present. The half bathroom is a common shared space. The den will be used as a private sleeping area for our family when we stay at the property.

All bedrooms are rented to individual long-term tenants, with a minimum lease term of 6 months. The property is intended to remain quiet, clean, and well-organized, and we expect all guests to be respectful of shared areas and each other.
