Hello The complex I live in is called The Edge. I will be in the master room with my 7 year old and my dog as well. Allll common areas will be shared, I just ask you clean up after yourself :) the area is what you expect South Sac to be. But honestly something’s better than nothing. Ground rules however when living here. No loud guests during the day. I don’t mind if people come visit you just make sure they are respectful. If you have a pet just clean up after yourself. If you use the common areas too just be clean :) overnight guests we can talk about further once you move in. If you smoke ciggs or 420 I just ask you do it the back patio and discard properly.
