Hello, my name is Sebastian and I Am seeking a Roommate for the 1 unfurnished bedroom in my home. It has its own private bathroom and washer and dryer on the same floor (Shared) there is a Living space on the first floor I won’t be using that much but you are free to use at your leisure.

There is also a shared Kitchen downstairs that will mostly be yours to do with as you please, cook whenever you like as long as you clean up after yourself.
