The requirements are a security deposit of $$450 due before move-in. A background check is required, any felonies are not accepted. Credit check, a score of 600 is what we are looking for, but if close, that will suffice, mainly we are looking for a positive payment history that lists on-time payments. The application fee is $39.99, which covers both credit and background check. Due to the size of the room, there is a maximum of 1 person occupancy to accommodate the room. There is a strict no smoking inside the property policy that is enforced. The bathroom is shared shared with 1 other male, there is a 1 car maximum and only 1 parking spot. All utilities are covered; Gas, water, electricity, high speed internet, are all covered in the monthly rent. You will be living amongst us, and we are only accepting mature, clean, responsible, no drama individuals. The property is quiet and clean and we look to keep it that way. Ex. Never leave dishes in the sink overnight and starting the dishwasher when full. -We both enjoy a clean and tidy home and look for the same qualities from the next roommate
