Incredibly Spacious Private Bedroom, located on its own floor separate from the shared spaces and approximately studio sized. Shared Kitchen and Bathroom accessible on main floor downstairs. Small dishwasher in kitchen and laundry machines in unit. Backyard is shared space as well. The area has schools and parks in close proximity and transport that leads into the city.

I will be staying on the main floor with my cat and puppy. I work from home and am typically pretty quiet and reserved. Since the listed room is a separate space, all I ask for from a roommate is to keep the shared kitchen and bathroom clean and to communicate about any general house concerns :)
