The room is a beautifully decorated Furnished room. Everything is new. It has it’s own ceiling fan for your personal comfort, as well as throughout the house, there is a brand new forced-air heating and air-conditioning system. The room also has double-pane windows for noise and insulation. NO Drama! My home is Cozy, Clean, QUITE, and Safe. The property is gated and you would have your own parking spot. I am minuets away from 4 freeways, the 60, the 605, the 10, and the 210. I am also not far away from nearby colleges, Rio Hondo, MT. Sac. Cal Poly Pomona, Fullerton, East L.A. college, and Cal State. The West Covina Mall is just down the street from me, where there are a variety of shops and restaurants.
Right now there is only one roomie, who is a sweet young college student, who is finishing up her studies and will be graduating this May. Then taking a 6 week vacation to Romania!
